Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you with the best shipping options, that is why we use the carrier USPS. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

PROCESSING ORDER:

   

Order verification, quality check and packaging are involved in our processing time. All orders are checked and processed with in 24hrs but it can be extended to no more than 3 business days after the order is placed unless is a special order. 


SHIPPING TIME

   This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped
from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery usually
takes about 1-3 business days. All our orders are shipped by USPS first class mail or priority mail, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

SHIPPING & ORDERS DISCLAIMER 

   We ship orders as soon as possible; however, this may not always be the same day that the order is placed. We do not guarantee order processing time, delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when they place their order. Customers will receive an email that have the order confirmation after this one has been placed. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders or reach out to our customer service team at support@elbauldeltesoro.com 


El Baul del Tesoro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for stolen and/or lost shipments. 
Customers are responsible for providing their correct shipping address at the time of placing their order. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for the re-shipment postage. 
El Baul del Tesoro does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
